Mike CarrollAs a business coach, Michael Carroll works with business owners and managers to achieve their goals, both business and personal, using the tools and techniques of business and management. He has been working with businesses in Northern California for 15 years. Previously, he was a marketing executive in a series of fast growing technology start-ups in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.

I see business as more than just a way to make money. The financial aspect is essential, but not sufficient. Business can be a creative outlet, an artist’s canvas, for our efforts. My work is focused on people who are in business for more than just the money.

He is also a creative entrepreneur of unique depth and skills as well as a multi-million-selling performer, producer and promoter and has a passion for helping others, generating excitement about the cause he is working on while building community and consensus.

He is the founder of HighWired, Inc which created the first digital mixing technology for the Global Telecom messaging community. He built teams of professionals to build, market and sell technology to large global telecoms while spearheading and leading global meetings and deals with corporate telecom companies Lucent, Unisys, Cingular, Telus, Skywalker Sound, Comverse, VMA, Bell Canada and Verizon. He also built Laughing Coyote Productions, lcstudio.com, a recording facility that has produced 100’s of radio commercials, film scores, over 250 records and media productions.

spencer brewerWith 16 solo and duet albums to his credit as well as producing over 200 recordings, he has had two #1 hit records, is a Grammy Nominee, has been awarded two patents and has founded several dozen events, companies and productions. His music has been featured on Home Alone 2, LA Law, Sex & the City, Thirty Something, The Opray Winfrey Show, The Barbara Walters Show, over 15 years of Olympic World games, virtually every airline in the skies and 100’s of other TV programs and movies across the globe on a daily basis. Early in his career he started the record label Willow Rose Productions, which duties included producing records, global promotional and marketing campaigns, negotiating record and distribution deals, working with suppliers, PR agents and graphic artists. He also produced publicity packages, releases and radio PR campaigns for hundred’s of events, tours and concerts.

He started the Ukiah Music Center in 2002 and won ‘The Mendocino County Arts Business Champion Award’ in 2008 while offering new and unique services to the musical community that helped start many new musicians into the world of music. He also created several events that received national attention like ‘Acoustic Café’, ‘Guitars for Grades’, ‘Music for Youth Program’, ‘ BandSlam’ and the Treblemakers Event Center while at UMC.
